1. Delivery Time Within UAE

We offer quick and efficient delivery services across all Emirates:

Dubai: Same-day delivery or within 1–2 working days (subject to availability)
Other Emirates: 2–4 working days
Order Processing: Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, peak seasons, or high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders above AED 150.
Standard Delivery Fee: AED 30 (for orders below AED 150)

All shipping charges are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout for full transparency.

3. Remote Area Delivery

We strive to reach all locations, including remote areas, through our trusted courier partners.

Remote Area Fee: AED 50–90 (depending on courier service)
Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 working days.

Customers will be notified before dispatch if their location falls under a remote area, including any applicable additional charges.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for UAE-only orders.
Customers are kindly requested to keep their phones accessible to receive courier updates and calls.

5. Heavy & Oversized Items

Large items such as swing sets, playhouses, and outdoor equipment require special handling.

Delivery Time: 3 to 6 working days.
Our support team will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient delivery or installation time.
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the location. These will always be confirmed in advance.

6. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items require advance payment. After advance payment, pre-order items' estimated delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks.
Customers will be updated on the order’s status and estimated arrival.

7. International Shipping

We offer international delivery.

Shipping charges vary based on product size, weight, and destination.
Exact shipping costs will be shared by our sales team before order confirmation.

8. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
