DIRECTION:
Shake well before use and slide your hand down the underside of the belt towards the center, then lift the belt away from the deck.
Aim the nozzle of the oil bottle towards the center and apply to each side repeat this process 2 more times.
Once the belt is lubricated, power on the treadmill and let the treadmill run for 2-3 minutes to allow the lube to coat the treadmill belt and deck. Now the treadmill is ready to walk.
