This will ensure stickers to remain for longer periods on the product., This dust film comes from a natural process called Blooming or plastic breathing and is not harmful for children. It comes due to a natural formula used during manufacturing to ensure plastic remains soft to the touch but yet strong to absorb shocks and hits.
